Visit 1: Evaluation + Adjustment
Your first visit is focused on understanding what is contributing to your symptoms and beginning care.
1. Consultation
We’ll discuss what you’ve been dealing with, how long it has been going on, and how it is affecting training, work, or day-to-day life.
2. Movement & Joint Assessment
We assess joint motion and identify where motion restrictions are affecting movement, recovery, and overall mobility.
3. Chiropractic Adjustments
Adjustments are applied based on your findings to restore motion and improve movement quality and recovery capacity.
Visit 2: Review + Recommendations
Your second visit is where everything becomes clear.
1. Findings Review
We walk you through what was identified and how it relates to what you’re experiencing.
2. Care Recommendations
Recommendations are based on your findings, activity level, recovery demands, and goals moving forward.
You’ll have a clear understanding of:
What is contributing to the issue
What the next steps are
What care may look like moving forward
3. Chiropractic Adjustments
Adjustments are performed based on your findings to continue restoring motion and improving how your body handles physical stress over time.

Initial Evaluation — $100
Chiropractic Adjustment — $60
Your first visit is $160 total, which includes both the evaluation and adjustment.
Follow-Up Visits — $60
Progress Re-Evaluation — $55
Prime Chiropractic Center operates as a cash-based clinic and does not bill insurance.
HSA and FSA eligible.

Will I receive an adjustment on the first visit?
Yes. After completing the consultation and movement assessment, adjustments are typically performed during the same visit.
How long does the first visit take?
Initial visits typically take 40–60 minutes. Most follow-up visits take approximately 10–20 minutes.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required to schedule an evaluation.
Do I need anything before coming in?
Any required forms will be sent ahead of time to complete before your visit.
