Meet the Doctors
Prime Chiropractic Center is led by Dr. Ryan de Rosales and Dr. Jacob Brandman, two chiropractors who built the clinic around a shared belief that care should be precise, efficient, and grounded in how the body actually moves.
Their goal is simple: help patients stay physically capable despite the demands of work, training, and everyday life.

Meet Dr. Ryan de Rosales
Dr. Ryan de Rosales works with athletes, active adults, and professionals throughout the Toledo area.
He holds a degree in Exercise Science, where his studies focused on biomechanics, human movement, and performance physiology. That background strongly influences how he evaluates patients and applies chiropractic care in practice.
Dr. Ryan currently serves as an official chiropractor for the Glass City Wranglers, supporting athletes whose training and competition place significant demands on their bodies.
Meet Dr. Jacob Brandman
Dr. Jacob Brandman emphasizes clear evaluation and efficient care designed to address the physical stresses that accumulate over time.
While attending the University of Toledo, he competed as a member of the university’s cheer team.
Dr. Jake has also worked with collegiate athletes, including supporting Bowling Green State University’s men’s basketball program.
His clinical style is straightforward: clear findings, precise adjustments, and measurable progress.
Our Story
Dr. Ryan de Rosales and Dr. Jacob Brandman met on the first day of chiropractic school and quickly developed both a strong friendship and a shared approach to patient care.
After graduating, they spent several years practicing in different states — Dr. Ryan in Machesney Park, Illinois, and Dr. Jake in Bowling Green, Ohio — gaining clinical experience and refining their approach to practice.
They later partnered to open Prime Chiropractic Center, creating a clinic built around focused evaluation, efficient care, and helping patients remain physically capable despite demanding schedules and lifestyles.
