Treatment
Care is centered around chiropractic adjustments to restore joint motion.
When needed, we layer in targeted mobility work to support that change.
This is not a full exercise program. It is:
Specific to the restriction identified
Used to reinforce the adjustment
Focused on improving how a joint moves, not fatiguing the area
In most cases, this may look like:
Simple positional work
Controlled mobility drills
Brief movement patterns to support motion
Most of the work happens through the adjustment. Mobility work is only added when it supports that process.
