Your First Visit at Prime Chiropractic Center

Your first visit is designed to understand how your body is moving and responding to the demands placed on it.

The goal is simple: Identify where movement is restricted and determine the most appropriate care to restore motion and support recovery.

What Happens at Your First Visit

1. Consultation

We begin with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and the physical demands you place on your body — whether from work, training, or daily activity.

This helps us understand the context behind your symptoms and how they may be affecting the way your body moves.

2. Movement & Joint Assessment

Next, we perform a focused evaluation of joint motion, movement patterns, and areas experiencing mechanical stress.

This allows us to identify where motion may be restricted and how your body is adapting to those limitations.

3. Chiropractic Adjustments

Using the information gathered from your history, our conversation, and the movement assessment, we determine where joint motion is restricted and apply chiropractic adjustments accordingly.

The goal of these adjustments is to restore joint motion and support efficient movement and recovery.
