What to Expect on Your First Visit
● Initial Consultation: Your first visit will begin with a one-on-one consultation with one of our experienced chiropractors. We’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals to understand your unique needs.
● Comprehensive Examination: Next, we will conduct a thorough examination that may include posture analysis, range of motion tests, orthopedic and neurological assessments, and any necessary imaging or diagnostics.
● Personalized Treatment Plan: Based on your consultation and examination findings, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific condition and wellness objectives. The personalized treatment plan will be presented on your following visit.
● Initial Treatment: In many cases, your first visit will include your initial chiropractic adjustment or therapy to start you on the path to recovery and wellness.
● Follow-Up Appointments: We’ll schedule follow-up appointments as needed to ensure you continue to progress toward your health goals.
● Re-evaluation: A re-evaluation appointment occurs to check the status of your condition, assess progress using objective measures, and update the care plan to ensure continued improvement.
What to Bring
● Valid ID

● Any recent imaging or medical records related to your current condition.
● Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.

Cash-Based Chiropractic Care
● Chiropractic Treatment – $60.00
● Initial Evaluation – $100.00
● Re-evaluation – $55.00
At Prime Chiropractic Center, we operate as a cash-based practice. This means that we do not bill insurance directly, allowing us to focus on providing high-quality, personalized care without the administrative delays of third-party billing.
Our payment model is straightforward and transparent: you pay at the time of service. To accommodate your needs, we offer a variety of payment options including credit/debit cards, cash, checks, and HSA/FSA payments. For your convenience, we offer superbills per request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Medicare and Medicaid Patients
We are opted in but are not participating with Medicare and process claims directly for covered services. Please note medicare only covers chiropractic manipulative treatment for subluxation as part of active treatment. Payment is made at the time of service. Patients could expect reimbursement from Medicare for a percentage of the charges, depending on their specific benefits. Medicare does not cover maintenance care or other non-covered services (such as evaluations), which are offered on a cash basis.
We do not accept Medicaid for chiropractic services.
